This film was made in 2009 - how far out is the building of this development ? What is the progress so far?

Check out up and coming development in Miami.  Miapolis will have the tallest building in the world with an amusement park, Hotels, Restaurants, Theater, you name it they say we will have it right here in my backyard!  How awesome!!!
