Thanks for asking me to be your friend. I think this site is going to be very beneficial. I always had trouble finding a good Realtor to refer outgoing clients to. Every once in a while I have people coming your way. Now I will know who to refer to. We are having quite an influx of people from all over the US. Our job market is quite good right now. Within the next 3-5 years we will be adding about 125,000 jobs and our economy is fairly stable. The challenge I am finding is that people are very skiddish about buying because they don't trust the economy. Many prefer to rent for a couple of years.

Please know that anyone you send my way, I will take very good care. Our motto is, "A Professional Experience With a Personal Touch" and we run with that thought. I have also owned a relocation company and have been a corporate wife so I am particularly good with transferees.
