I have been thinking baout doing some purchases in Miami, but have been focused with the Ft. Myers area for the last year and a half.

I think Miami, may be a bit more pricey than Ft. Myers and surrounding areas. I have really been lucky and found outrageous buys , probably at about 1/2 the cost of what they would sell for normally. Right now we have two units for sale in Ft. Myers. If you know of anyone looking on that area, let me know.
