Welcome to Glozal Peter!  The market in Pinellas County (Clearwater,St Pete, etc) is picking up. Investors are finding good buys on bank owned homes.

Peter, let me ask. How many transactions do you have in mind?

Primarily I deal with institutional financing, although I have people that from time to time place private funds. However, I do not have a source to financing a traditional "fix and flip" transaction unless the principal has money into the transaction as the source of funds uses acquisition price to calculate LTV. Let me know if this helped.
