Wayland ans I are personally looking to move to the Florida area. One of the areas we are considering is Naples and the surrounding areas. There are obviously a lot of communities. Our key ingredients are friendly, active (?55+) community. Idealy a golf course community near the beach. We are looking to downsize, (1200-1800s ft) and only need 2 beds, 2 bathrooms. We prefer a villa, townhouse or single family home as we want some outside area. Price range upto $300k. Other crieria include 2 car garage, high ceilings, newer (2004+), utility room. Love the Tuscany style if any available.

Can you suggest communities and homes that fit our criteria. We are hoping to make the move in the next 3 months.
