I agree with you, referrals would be great! For private commercial lending you can see my company's lending parameters and terms at www.emicapitalpartners.com. Our sweet spot for funding deals sizes is between $2mm to $30mm. For multi-family we will look at $1mm and up. For residential we work on short sales (negotiate with the banks to get a full satisfaction of lien for homeowner with no deficiency judgement and no taxes endured) and REOs. Typically we like to work on luxury properties, however, we will consider to work on properties $250K+. If you have a certain criteria within your business that you operate by please let me know so each of us becomes familiar and understands each others models.
