I sold franchises for Century 21 of the Southwest in Albuquerqe in the early 80's so I used to know a lot of agents there. I work mostly the East Valley of Phoenix.... I agree with you, referrals would be great! For private commercial lending you can see my company's lending parameters and terms at www.emicapitalpartners.com. Our sweet spot for funding deals sizes is between $2mm to $30mm. For multi-family we will look at $1mm and up. For residential we work on short sales (negotiate with the banks to get a full satisfaction of lien for homeowner with no deficiency judgement and no taxes endured) and REOs. Typically we like to work on luxury properties, however, we will consider to work on properties $250K+.
