Step One to Real Estate Success: Branding

 

To generate leads through marketing efforts, real estate agents should develop a brand that distinguishes them from the competition. 

They might want to become part of an online directory or sponsor e-newsletters or online events to make their brand visible.  Agents also should develop useful content, offering some for free — including blog entries, Webinars and whitepapers — to prospects who fill out a short form with lead-qualifying questions. 

Finally, they need to remain foremost in consumers' minds; and they can accomplish this by touching base via phone or e-mail and making sure their contact information is available for those ready to do business.
