What's Happening 2-10-13
Well another week has flown by. I did manage to get finished on one project related to my newest website. I still need to get the monthly Market Reports up on my main site. And then start working on redesigning my other website.
I really think these changes will end up being minor compared some of the other possibilities I am considering for the coming year. I just feel that I need to make some changes to better sreve my clients. Can't let the cat out of the bad just yet so stay…

Last day of 2012 and really looking forward to 2013. Looking back over the past year I can see some of the things I tried that worked and some of the things that did not. Had some positive things but still not quite where I want to be and have been looking at what goals I want to set for myself in the coming year.

WASHINGTON (AP) – Nov. 29, 2011 – U.S. home prices are falling again in most major cities after posting small gains over the summer and spring, the latest evidence that the troubled housing market won’t recover any time soon.

WASHINGTON – Nov. 29, 2011 – Average interest rates on a 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage dropped slightly to 3.98 percent last week, remaining at 60-year lows for the fourth week in a row, Freddie Mac reported.
The decline was only .02 percent from last week’s average 4 percent interest rate.
