Summer Time Buyers in the Coachella Valley
Summertime buyers in the Coachella Valley are few and far between. For those of you not familiar with the Coachella Valley think Palm Springs. Temperatures are over 100 degrees so showing homes can be a challange. This past July 4th weekend it was 115 degrees. As a service to my buyers I always have a cooler in my car with cold water and cold wash clothes.
