Mr. Gorfinkel is an experienced real estate and closing lawyer. From 1996 through 2004, Mr. Gorfinkel was on the board of directors of a National Bank, serving on many committees including the Credit, Audit and Investment committees. In 2005 and again in 2008 he was recruited to join the board of directors of two (2) separate state chartered bank in the formation process, but respectfully declined to fully dedicate and concentrate his time in better serving his clients.
