Bank of America and Short Sales
I think they and a lot of the other lender's with a lot of non-performing mortgage should be thinking like this in order to get the distressed properties sold and cleared out of the market. This could help stabalize the Real Estate market a little faster. A lot of folk's started calling short sales, long sales and have started to avoid looking at properties that are a short sale.
