Gonna be a hot one today, so slap on the sun screen if you are running Top Down today.   RE: Your Sound Card .   Not as important as the "sound card" in your brain.  That's the circuitry that really matters.   Here's the scoop....  My real estate income fell over $120K a year between 2005 and 2009, and in less than 15 months implementing this "program" into my life and biz, I more than plugged that h*** in my bottom line.  I am not alone.... dozens of other agents have had similar  or better results.   I am amused by a lot of agents that I suggest this to...  Most agents have seen a drop in their incomes of 30-50% in the past 5 years,  and there is no chance that the home market is turning around in the foreseeable future....yet when one of their peers says..."try this...it worked for me"... I get a sort of blank, yet somehow, self assured, "naw... don't need no help"  look, like they have it handled, (which they don't) and cannot use a solid, proven tip to help them out.   It baffles me.., but Realtors are sometimes a funny bunch.    Let me just say this.... Laura, I can help you add at least $30-$50K to your bottom line over the next year if that sounds like something that would be of interest to you.... and you don't have to do anything radically different from what you are now doing.....just make one simple change that turns on an income stream that you are now missing.   NO BS, no scam, nothing shady...just a solid proven business model that DOES work, has worked for 25 years with people that WILL pay attention and LEARN a little bit.          ------------OK.. sorry ...  enough preaching from me... sorry...
