One of my clients has 31developed lots and 1 house in a PUD Community that adjoins The New Live Oak Golf and Country Club in Crescent City, Fl.
Phase One is 92 lots and sixty were sold to investors for future resale. One model home was built but not sold. Phase Two is 60 more residential lots and Phase Three is 30 complete Condos, along the golf course.
Another 534 more/less acres is available with an approved air strip site, which has been partly cleared. Most of the extra property is PUD approved. All of the utilities are underground and in place for phase 1, 2, and 3.
All of the streets are paved for phase 1and street lights are in place. The first 92 lots consist of 45 acres including the common areas.The development is across from the St. Johns River and Lake George.
Beautiful country setting 10 minutes from town and 3 minutes to the local marinas.
There is one Fly In Community within one and a half miles and other individually owned air strips in the area.
The development is Live Oak Golf and Country Club Estates. The extra land continues for over a mile and comes out on two major county roads.
Wonderful potential.
