The reason they bought is the Cyprus visa(residency). This visa they help them to make step in Europe. Our law recently is change and with property €300,000 our government issue visa (step in Europe). We have organise team for this situation to help our client ( non European citizen) to make all documents.
The reason I send that message and the explanations, is the cooperation. I know from your web-site you are big company and I think this will be very interesting for your client. Many companies there, with cooperation here they make allot of money.

How's the housing market in Dongguan? I heard the China housing heat is getting cooler, is it so?
In the meantime, if you have any clients interested in investing in Arizona real estate where the cost of ownership is at the 40% - 50% of its peak, I will be happy to help.
We have helped many overseas Chinese investors to buy rental properties here in metro Phoenix area and the cash flow is great! Not to mention the future appreciation will be a great bonus if purchased today.
