All well and good to have high credit scores.......what good is it if the banks are not lending....my clients areflagging in the wind trying to get approved for home purchases. They all have been preapproved by the bank; then the mauling of the consumer begins. They [the consumer] are not issued a denial letter but instead the bank orders a second appraisal knocks off 10 % - 15% off of their original appraiser's report and at the end of the day is still not committing to a mortgage…See More
