Thank you Rita! Unfortunately, it did not sell for asking - a few issues came-up during the inspection (sewer line problems, chimney needed repairs, etc) - but the buyer's agent saw the property the first day it was listed, and we had it signed-around by day 3. I really believe in staging and great photos, they make such a huge difference in market time and selling price.
