We have a client (family member) who was scheduled to stay in Hatteras Village Sept 24 - Oct 1. They stay there regularly. As you know, they may or may not be able to stay due to Hurricane Irene so we are helping them look further north - more in your neck of the woods. They only need a 2 or 3 bedrooms (of course if they have to have more bedrooms to find one, they will consider it).
It's just two couples (one early 30's, one in 50's) and a one 1-year old baby. No pets. No smoking. Ideally they would have a hot tub or a pool, but oceanfront is more important. We can vouch for their respect for any property they rent. They are driving from Illinois (1,000 miles) and we hope working with our peers in the real estate industry we can find them a suitable substitute for their Hatteras place.
