Seeking Apartment Buildings (40 units max) and Multi Family Units in Tampa, Lakeland, Ocala, and Melbourne. Properties should have a minimum of an 8% CAP Rate, and will seriously consider higher CAP Rates. Properties should be owned by Motivated Sellers willing to consider creative financing. Seller must be willing to provide an Income and Expense Report, for the last 24 months, to allow our team to perform initial due diligence to determine if the property meets our investment objectives.
